SAN ANTONIO, June 11, 2026 — Women in Film & Television Texas [WIFT Texas] is proud to announce Paulina Manseau as the organization’s inaugural Coastal Bend Network Regional Director, marking the first appointment in WIFT Texas’ new Regional Directors initiative. Manseau, an award-winning filmmaker, is a WIFT Texas founding Professional Member who joined the organization in 2023. After relocating from San Antonio to Corpus Christi, she continued her membership as a Professional Texas+ Member, was elevated to the WIFT Texas Council of Commissioners and has now been appointed as the first Regional Director for the organization’s Coastal Bend Network. Paulina’s membership journey is inspiring and demonstrates the leadership qualities and pathway to becoming a WIFT Texas Regional Director. An actress, director, writer, producer, and marketing manager with Visit Corpus Christi Film & Music Commission, Manseau brings a powerful blend of creative experience, regional insight, and industry-facing leadership to the role.

“I’m inspired by the work that WIFT Texas does, and honored to be the inaugural Regional Director of Texas’ Coastal Bend. Great stories come from diverse voices, and I’m excited to support and celebrate the women helping shape the future of the Media & Entertainment industry throughout the Coastal Bend,” said Paulina Manseau, founding WIFT Texas member & Coastal Bend Network Regional Director, and Marketing Manager, VISIT Corpus Christi, Film & Music Commission. “Corpus Christi and the broader Coastal Bend are full of storytellers, artists, filmmakers, musicians, performers, and creative professionals whose voices deserve to be seen, heard, and connected. I look forward to helping WIFT Texas build community, expand access, and create opportunities for women across this region and throughout the state.”

As the WIFT Texas Coastal Bend Network Regional Director, Manseau will help expand WIFT Texas membership engagement, identify regional programming opportunities, elevate local professionals, and strengthen connections among members, partners, productions, civic leaders, and creative entrepreneurs across Corpus Christi and the surrounding Coastal Bend region. Her appointment reflects WIFT Texas’ commitment to building leadership pathways in growing and underserved Texas regions while supporting members where they live, work, create, and lead.

“Paulina represents exactly why we created this initiative,” continued Ceslie Armstrong, CEO and Board Chair of Women in Film & Television Texas,“she is a working artist, a regional advocate, a founding member, and a connector who understands that opportunity must be built where talent already lives. Her leadership throughout the Coastal Bend gives WIFT Texas a strong, authentic presence in one of the most culturally rich and creatively promising regions of the state.”

As Coastal Bend Network Regional Director, Paulina Manseau will help activate WIFT Texas membership and programming across Corpus Christi and the surrounding region. In this role, she will serve as a local connector for member sessions, socials, speaker series, partner activations, professional development opportunities, and special programming designed to extend WIFT Texas’ statewide benefits into the Coastal Bend market.

“Our analysis confirmed what we already knew anecdotally: Women are underserved in the growing media industry in the vast state of Texas, especially in regions within driving distance of major cities. We are excited to move forward with our WIFT Texas Regional Director plan by appointing award-winning writer and producer Paulina Manseau, representing the Coastal Bend,” said Eileen Kret, Board of Directors Vice President, Women in Film & Television Texas.

Manseau’s appointment reflects WIFT Texas’s commitment to growing through collaboration, not competition, while continuing to execute on its big-tent membership model that welcomes qualified professionals across Texas and beyond, including members who maintain relationships with multiple WIFTI chapters.

“Paulina’s appointment is an important step in how WIFT Texas grows with intention,” said Ceslie Armstrong, founding CEO of Women in Film & Television Texas. “Regional leadership allows us to listen more closely, serve more meaningfully, and foster a statewide network that reflects the true size, diversity, and creative energy of Texas. We are thrilled to welcome Paulina into this expanded leadership role.”
